Q: How should the battery be charged?
A: The first step: 50A constant current charging to 14.4V; the second step: 14.4V constant voltage charging, until the charging current reaches 5A. Temperature: 0~45°C.Sunstone's SLPO series lithium battery BMS is designed with a maximum discharge current of 100A
Q: Why can't the battery I bought be charged?
A: Please check whether a constant voltage above 14.4Vdc or a constant current of 100A is used during the charging cycle. If so, to protect the battery, the BMS is turned off for charging and the battery has no output voltage. In this case, you should leave the battery aside for a while and wait for it to discharge naturally and return to normal.
